Easy Software directions

Instructions:

1. Create a folder ("iTRAQ-Extractor") for iTRAQ Processing
2. Download these 3 files to "iTRAQ-Extractor":
   1. Mascot-iTRAQ-Utility.xls,
   2. MascotqueryParse.pl, and
   3. ProteinCalculate.pl
3. Mascot Export- save the CSV file in "Data-iTRAQ".
4. Open Mascot-iTRAQ-Utility.xls (Macro starts automatically).
5. Carefully read all windows and follow instructions.
