Note: This list is inteneded to be representative of the types of transducers which the MRMTC has access to. This is not meant to be an all inclusive list.

• 6-component Load Cell (SI-2500-400, ATI Industrial Automation). Load capacity 2500 N / 400 Nm.

 

• 6-axis Force Plate to measure ground reaction forces.

 

• DVRT system for soft tissue strain measurements (Microstrain Inc., Burlington VT)

 

• Accelerometers for quantification of shock in impact tests.

 

• RTD's and Thermocouples for temperature measurements.

 

• Platform for pressure distribution measurements (EMED-SF/2, Novel Electronics Inc.).

 

• Uniaxial load cells. A large assortment is available, with load capacities of 0.1 N to 89,000 N.
