Introduction
This web site contains, in searchable format, the data sets and serves as a companion to our paper, Der et al. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 95:15623-15628. Please note that we are continuing to work on improving the functionality of this site and that this current page represents a basic means to access the primary data from our paper.

Search Options:
The database can be queried by entering into the appropriate windows below either a GenBank Accession Number or any specific or general word description for a gene or genes of interest. For example, the IFN-induced, dsRNA-dependent protein kinase, PKR, can be queried by entering PKR or key words such as interferon, dsRNA or kinase into the Enter Search Substrings window. Searches are not case sensitive. The entire data set, which includes more than 1000 genes that were differentially expressed upon stimulation with any of the three IFN types, can be viewed using the final query option ("View the Entire Data Set") on this page.
