We investigate all the processes surrounding tumor development — including oncogenic signaling, epigenetic dysregulation, tumor metabolism, hypoxia, and the microenvironment. Researchers within the program employ cutting-edge technologies such as CRISPR-based functional genomics, multi-omics profiling, advanced in vivo modeling, and patient specimen analyses to unravel these complexities of cancer biology.
