The REO personnel welcomed Erica to the office in February 2006. She is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, earning her B.A. in Broadcast Communications. Prior to joining the REO, she spent a year in Northern Ireland working with a young adult leadership program.
Erica is responsible for the daily operations of the Research Education Office. She plays a vital role in the research trainee appointment process, new trainee orientations, and assists with providing academic services. She also manages the LRI Conversational English Program, and serves on the LRI Diversity Committee.

John has been a valuable member of the Research Education Office since 2004, working as a Research Student. He graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and recently obtained his MBA from John Carroll.
John is responsible for data management in the Research Education Office. He is the Research Education web editor and manages the education mailing lists for the LRI. John is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting and admissions efforts of the REO. He also regularly assists with new trainee orientations, REO academic services, and with the research trainee appointment process.
