About the Diversity Council

The Institute's Diversity Council is chaired by Dr. Olga Stenina and has a large group of active members.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Lerner Research Institute Diversity Council is to support and help sustain a high-performing and inclusive work environment by providing a forum for dialogue regarding diversity issues and diversity education programs for all Institute personnel.

Goals

  • Celebration of the uniquely diverse culture in our workplace.
  • Clear guidelines for career advancement of women in the Institute.
  • Inclusive educational programs to improve communication and productivity.
  • Recruitment of underrepresented minorities for Faculty and trainees.
