      • Lysine(K)_iTRAQ
      • MMTS(C)
    • 1 Variable Modification
      • Oxidation

    note- There should be only one cysteine modification, so use

    • MMTS(C)-used with sample separated by SCX Strong Cation Exchange Chromatography
    • Carbamidomethyl (C)-used with sample separated by SDS-PAGE (Gel-based)
