Welcome to the application process for the Molecular Medicine Ph.D. Program. Please follow these directions carefully. All application materials and references must be received by January 15. All student applicants are required to take the General GRE Test. Subject tests in science are not required but recommended. All foreign student applicants whose native language is not English are required to take the TOEFL exam. All official standardized test scores must be the most recent scores (GRE is valid for 5 years, TOEFL is valid for 2 years) and are to be reported to the Molecular Medicine PhD Program. Select the institutional code, 2602 (not 1105, as listed on the Case Graduate Studies website), for Case Western Reserve University - Molecular Medicine PhD. Department codes are not necessary.
On your application, please enter a valid email address for three references. Once you submit your application, your references will be notified directly via email, and asked to submit a recommendation letter online. You will not be able to view the reference letter, but will be able to check the status of the letter submission by logging into Case Western Reserve University's application website.
