Gene Expression Core

TheGENE EXPRESSION and GENOTYPING CORE FACILITY (GEGF) supported by the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (GEACF) is one of two core services available to investigators wishing to perform either expression profiling through microarrays, or phenotyping of human or mouse SNPs. The GEGF provides Affymetrix microarray and SNP technology, as well as ABI SNP analyses and real-time RT-PCR analyses using Taqman technology.
