The Lerner Research Institute, home to laboratory, translational and clinical research at the Cleveland Clinic, in collaboration with the nationally ranked Taussig Cancer Institute, invites applications for Faculty in the newly established Immuno-Oncology Center. We are seeking applicants for full time positions at all academic levels who have expertise in immuno-oncology, immunotherapy, immunology, or immunogenomics.

We seek creative investigators to drive productive and innovative laboratory research programs in the new Center for Immunotherapy of the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CITI). The Center is a state-of-the-art center focusing on research in immuno-oncology, infectious disease immunity, autoimmunity, and development of new immunotherapeutics for a broad array of human diseases. CITI has openings in the Cleveland and Florida campuses. Responsibilities include developing an independent laboratory research program and participation in investigator-initiated trials. The candidate should hold an MD, PhD, or both. Responsibilities for candidates with MDs may include clinical care and clinical trial development.

Faculty Position in Translational Regenerative Therapies for Neurologic Disorders

The Lerner Research Institute (LRI), home to laboratory, translational and clinical research at Cleveland Clinic, and Neurological Institute (NI) invite applications for a joint faculty position in Translational Cell Based Therapies for Neurological Disorders. We are seeking applicants for full time positions at all academic levels who have expertise in translational cell-based (including stem cell therapies) and/or pharmacologic regenerative therapies for neurological disorders to integrate with the strong and vibrant established research and clinical infrastructure.

We seek creative investigators with an established track-record of translational cell-based or pharmacologic regenerative therapy approaches for neurological disorders to drive productive and innovative laboratory research programs between the LRI, NI, and the new Center for Immunotherapy of the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CITI). The Center is a state-of-the-art center focusing on research in immuno-oncology, infectious disease immunity, autoimmunity, and development of new immunotherapeutics for a broad array of human diseases. Responsibilities include developing an independent laboratory research program and participating in investigator initiated trials aimed at developing new cell therapy modalities for neurological disorders. The candidate should hold an MD, PhD, or both degrees with aptitudes for translating basic science discoveries into clinical trials and clinical practice. Responsibilities for candidates with MDs may include clinical care and clinical trial development.

Program Head for Cell Therapy Developmental Therapeutics and Faculty in Immuno-Oncology

The Lerner Research Institute, home to laboratory, translational and clinical research at Cleveland Clinic, in collaboration with the nationally ranked Taussig Cancer Institute, invites applications for 2 positions: Program Head for Cell Therapy Developmental Therapeutics and Faculty in Immuno-Oncology focused on Cell Therapy.

Position 1: Program Head for Cell Therapy Developmental Therapeutics.

We seek an ambitious and creative investigator to lead cell therapy development. The position of Program Head will serve as the lead for Cell Therapy Developmental Therapeutics Program and Associate Director of the Center for Immunotherapy and Precision Immuno-Oncology (CITI). Responsibilities include developing an independent laboratory program, teaching, and participating in investigator initiated trials aimed at developing new cell therapy modalities. Qualified candidates for the Program Head will be at the academic rank of Associate Professor level or above. Responsibilities for candidates with MDs will include clinical care and clinical trial development within the Taussig Cancer Institute. The candidate should hold an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with development of new CAR-T systems, novel engineered immune cell technologies, and/or investigational new drugs.

Position 2: Faculty in Immuno-Oncology focused on Cell Therapy.

We seek ambitious and creative investigators to develop innovative laboratory research programs in Cell Therapy Development and Immuno-Oncology. At the academic rank of Assistant Professor level or higher in the newly established CITI. Responsibilities include directing an independent laboratory program, teaching, and participating in investigator initiated trials. The candidate should hold an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD. Responsibilities for candidates with MDs may include clinical care and clinical trial development.
