The Lerner Research Institute Center for Immunotherapy and Immuno-Oncology (CITI) is seeking a Computational Biologist to help conduct research using genome-wide technologies and develop and maintain computational pipelines for automated processing and analysis of next-generation sequencing data. We are seeking applicants for full time positions as faculty at the Assistant to Full Staff level (Assistant to Full Professor) or non-tenure scientist.  Expertise in immuno-oncology, immunotherapy, immunology, or immunogenomics.


We seek creative investigators to drive productive and innovative laboratory research programs in the new Center for Immunotherapy of the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CITI).  The ideal candidate will support large collaborative projects in a wide range of problems in oncology research and serve as a consultant/link for laboratory scientists seeking computational collaborations. The incumbent will collaborate with laboratory-based scientists, clinical investigators, biostatisticians, data scientists, programmers and computational biologists. The candidate should hold a PhD. Experience with next generation (Next-gen) sequencing data using Blast, GATK, BWA, Pecard or similar and Perl, Python, or C++. Programming experience required. Fluency with UNIX is required.
