The Discovery Accelerator Summer Internship is part of a joint partnership between Cleveland Clinic and IBM, designed to advance the pace of discovery in healthcare and life sciences by using high-performance computing, including the hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing technologies. Interested undergraduate students are invited to apply for a 12-week summer internship as part of the Discovery Accelerator partnership, where they will participate in cutting-edge biomedical research here at Cleveland Clinic while utilizing IBM’s global leadership in computing technologies, including the on-site quantum computer. Cleveland Clinic Research is a participant in the undergraduate University Scholars Program at Cleveland State University. Undergraduate honors students at Cleveland State are given the opportunity to conduct research in Cleveland Clinic Research laboratories. Interested students must apply directly to the Cleveland State University Honors Program and must be selected by Cleveland State University faculty to participate.
